📖Story of the Day
We lived in Orhei (Moldova) during the 1990s — a very difficult time. One day, my husband and I were walking to church, and he said:
“Cold weather is coming soon. We really need to save up at least enough money for half a ton of coal.”
“How can we save anything?” I replied. “We barely have enough money for food.”
“Let’s entrust all our worries to God,” my husband said. “We’re on our way to His house, after all.”
We came to church, attended the service, and in the evening walked home. It was getting dark. As we approached our house, we noticed a dark pile near the fence. When we got closer — it was coal!
We asked a neighbor if she had seen who brought it. She said no. We asked another neighbor — also no.
We carried 55 buckets of coal into the shed. That was exactly half a ton — just what we needed. This coal kept us warm for two winters. Later, we had gas installed, and there was still coal left. We decided to give the remaining coal to a brother from church who needed fuel, and we asked him to count the buckets.
It turned out to be 55 buckets again.
It was a miracle from the Lord.
God is able to help, protect, and take care of all our needs.

📖Why This Prayer Matters
Because what you release makes room for what’s real. God isn’t asking you to let go so you end up empty — He’s inviting you to trust Him with what’s next.
“To all who mourn… He will give a crown of beauty for ashes, a joyous blessing instead of mourning, festive praise instead of despair.” — Isaiah 61:3 (NLT, adapted)
Stay aware and stay prayerful,
