Dear Friend, 

When everything inside you feels stretched, raw, or undone — it’s easy to call it brokenness. But Heaven sees something else: transformation. Growth doesn’t always look graceful. This prayer will help you trust the process, even when it’s painful.

  • 1 in 2 teens skip sport because of their period

  • 70% of girls (ages 12 to 18) say they feel uncomfortable playing sports while on their periods

  • 3 in 5 teens skip sport due to fear of leaking or revealing their period 

  • 1 in 5 said they had been let down by their sanitary protection

  • Nearly half said they wore more than one pair of pants during their period to try and avoid leaks

  • 1 in 2 experience discomfort from disposable menstrual products like pads and tampons when participating in sport or physical exercise 
    51% of girls will have quit sports by age 17, at the end of puberty

I don’t always understand what You’re doing — but I choose to believe You’re growing me. Even when it feels like I’m unraveling, I trust You’re rebuilding something stronger.
